Shipping & Returns
KUWAIT DELIVERIES
Orders are shipped and delivered Saturday - Thursday. Please note that standard delivery fees apply (unless otherwise mentioned). Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. are eligible for same day delivery, later orders are dispatched the following day.
Subscription orders are delivered on the first day of every month.
Orders with incomplete or inaccurate address or contact details are subject to delay.
Extra charges apply if the order is not received upon delivery and requires re-delivery.
GCC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Leap operates with private shipping couriers as DHL, Aramex, and Posta Plus.

A tracking number will be provided via email upon dispatch of the order for your reference. International deliveries arrive within approximately 2-10 days depending on the country's proximity to Kuwait.
Orders with incomplete or inaccurate details are subject to delay.
Please note: Customers are liable to pay custom duty fees to our third-party shipping partner upon delivery or to release shipment for delivery. Leap is unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs. We do not take responsibility for lost, missing or stolen packages.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
To facilitate a return, please email hello@leapplus.co with the subject “RETURN” and your order number. Kindly note that returns are accepted only 14 days after purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Returns must be made to our warehouse location (shared upon email) with proof of purchase. A refund will be processed the same day into your account via our payment provider TAP. Kindly note that digital products are exempt from returns.
EXCHANGES
Kindly note that exchanges are generally not accepted unless the product is found to be damaged and in need of replacement. Customers wishing to exchange products for other products in our collection will be subject to covering delivery charges.
